Order Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours to qualify for a full refund. Beyond this timeframe, a 20% fee based on the order's total cost will be applied to cancellations, even if the order has not been shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns.

To cancel an order, please reach out to us via live chat on our website or send an email to sales@mascotcosplay.com. The time of your email will serve as the reference standard.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
